How much does coffee catering cost?
Reform Coffee packages start at $1,050, which includes a personal barista, a full espresso bar, unlimited handcrafted hot and iced drinks, milk alternatives, syrups, cups, and all consumables. Pricing scales with event length, guest count, and add-ons like custom branding or latte printing. Request a custom quote for an exact number.
What's included in a coffee catering package?
Every package includes a trained barista, a full espresso bar menu (espresso, americanos, cappuccinos, lattes hot and iced, cold brew, teas, hot chocolate), 100% organic locally roasted coffee, oat and almond milk options, homemade syrups, cups, lids, and full setup and breakdown. We arrive early and clean up everything before we leave.
Where in Florida do you provide coffee catering?
Reform Coffee is based in Sarasota and provides mobile coffee catering across Florida, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Fort Myers, Boca Grande, Miami, and Orlando. We travel statewide for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, and private parties.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings, brand activations with custom branding, and peak-season weekends. Custom-printed cups, branded carts, and ripple printer logos require additional lead time. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Can you customize the coffee cart with our brand?
Yes. We offer fully branded coffee carts, custom cart lettering, custom-printed hot and cold cups, branded napkins, custom beverage menus, and ripple printer latte art that prints your logo or message directly onto the foam of every drink. Ideal for product launches, grand openings, and brand activations.
Do you offer dairy-free or non-coffee options?
Yes. We serve oat milk and almond milk in addition to whole milk and cream. Our menu also includes iced and hot teas, hot chocolate, and Italian sodas — so non-coffee drinkers and dairy-free guests are covered.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 3 days before your event. After that, you'll receive a 50% refund. We try to be flexible when life happens — reach out and we'll work with you.
